☀️ SUNDAY FAMILY TIME — AND A MOMENT THAT COULD SAVE A LIFE ❤️
☀️ SUNDAY FAMILY TIME — AND A MOMENT THAT COULD SAVE A LIFE ❤️

Sunday is a special day for family. It’s a time for laughter, good food, games, visiting grandparents, and watching our little ones play. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

But in the middle of all that joy, remember something every parent, grandparent, babysitter, and caregiver should know:

🚨 A young child can choke in seconds.

Small foods, toys, coins, and other objects can quickly become a choking hazard. Sometimes it happens so quietly that you may not realize what’s happening until it’s already an emergency.

That’s why knowing what to do BEFORE an emergency happens matters.

❤️ Learn the signs of choking.

❤️ Know how to respond appropriately for an infant or child.

❤️ Keep dangerous small objects out of reach.

❤️ Make sure the adults caring for your children know CPR and first aid.

This Sunday, while you’re enjoying your family, take a moment to ask yourself:

“Would I know what to do if a child in my care started choking?”

If the answer is no or I’m not sure, today is a great day to learn.
